What information should I provide to get lighting solution recommendations?

Please share:

- Venue size/type (theater/stadium/studio etc.)

- Desired effects (beam angles, brightness, colors)

- Existing control system (DMX512/Art-Net/etc.)

- Budget range

How long does custom product development take?

Standard customization requires 4-6 weeks. Complex projects may need 8-10 weeks. We'll provide a detailed timeline after evaluating your specifications.

What payment terms do you offer?

We accept:

- 30% deposit + 70% before shipment (standard)

- LC at sight

How are products shipped and what's the lead time?

- Standard orders: Shipped within 5-7 business days via air/sea

- Express delivery: Available at additional cost

- All shipments include proper packaging for stage lighting equipment

What does the 1-year warranty cover?

The warranty includes:

- Defects in materials/workmanship

- Motor/mechanical part malfunctions

(Excludes damage from improper use/installation)
